BAÑERAS DE HIDROMASAJE Y JACUZZIS
Para respetar el normal descanso del resto de huéspedes de La Posada, las bombas de las bañeras se desactivan entre las 22:0 y las 9:00.
HYDROMASSAGE AND JACUZZIS BATHROOMS
With the aim/ in order to respect the normal rest of our clients, the Jacuzzis’s bombs will be disabled between 22:30 pm and 9:00 am.

Desayunos: De 8:30 a 10:30
Cena* De 20:00 a 21:15

Del 1 de julio al 30 de agosto, Semana Santa, puentes y festivos.
Resto del año solo viernes y sábado.
Los domingos no se servirán cenas, por descanso del personal.
Aunque el restaurante no se encuentre abierto, exceptuando los domingos, aún así tenemos alternativas para ofrecerte opciones de aperitivos y evitar que tengas que desplazarte.

Rest of the year only Friday and Saturday.
Dinners will not be served on Sundays, due to staff rest.
Even though the restaurant may not be open, except on Sundays, we still have alternatives to offer you appetizer choices to spare you the inconvenience of additional travel.

- El alojamiento es exclusivo para mayores de 12 años.

Espacio libre de Humo/Smoke-free area:
- Está prohibido fumar o usar cigarrillos electrónicos en todas las áreas del establecimiento, excepto en la zona designada para fumadores (consultar al personal). La violación de esta norma puede resultar en la expulsión del establecimiento y un cargo adicional de 100€ para cubrir los costes de limpieza y desinfección.
- Smoking or the use of electronic cigarettes is prohibited in all areas of the establishment, except in the designated smoking area (consult staff). Violation of this rule may result in expulsion from the establishment and an additional charge of €100 to cover cleaning and disinfection costs.
2.-Horarios de entrada y salida/Check-in and check-out times.

Entrada anticipada/Early check-in:
- Sujeto a disponibilidad, puede solicitar check-in anticipado a partir de las 14:00 con un coste adicional de 20 €.
- Subject to availability, you can request early check-in from 14:00 with an additional charge of 20 €.

Llegadas Tardías/Late Arrivals:
- Para llegadas a partir de las 22:00 (previa solicitud) se aplicará un sobrecoste de 30€, con hora límite de llegada de las 24:00.
- For arrivals after 22:00 (on request) a surcharge of 30 € will be applied, with a check-in deadline of 24:00

Salida tardía / late check-out:
- Puede prolongar su salida hasta las 13:00 con un coste de 20€ o hasta las 15:00 con un coste de 30 €. dependiendo de la disponibilidad.
- You can extend your check-out until 13:00 at a cost of 20€ or until 15:00 at a cost of 30€, depending on availability.
If you do not respect the check-out time, an additional night will be charged on the bill, subject to availability.

3.- Convivencia y Respeto a los Huéspedes/Coexistence and Respect for Guests:

Descanso/Rest:
- Evite hacer ruido de 00:00 a 8:00 para respetar el descanso de los demás huéspedes.
- Avoid making noise from 00:00 to 8:00 to respect the rest of other guests.

Bañeras de hidromasaje/jacuzzi:
- Las bombas de las bañeras de hidromasaje/jacuzzi estarán operativas únicamente entre las 9:00 y las 22:30.
- The pumps in the whirlpool baths/Jacuzzi will only be operational between 9:00 and 22:30.

Consumo de productos/Consumption of products:
- Está prohibido consumir productos no adquiridos en nuestras instalaciones, en la terraza o el jardín.
- It is forbidden to consume products not purchased on our premises, on the terrace or in the garden.

Vestimenta/Attire:
- Solicitamos se mantenga un atuendo adecuado en las áreas comunes. NO está permitido estar descalzo, sin camiseta o con ropa inapropiada.
- We request that appropriate attire is maintained in the common areas. Barefoot, shirtless or inappropriate clothing is NOT permitted.
El incumplimiento de estas políticas puede resultar en la expulsión del establecimiento./Failure to comply with these policies may result in expulsion from the establishment.
4.- Políticas de Reservas/Booking Policies:

Pre-autorización/Pre-authorization:
- Al confirmar la reserva, se pre-autorizara un cargo de 100€ por habitación para garantizar la reserva y cubrir posibles gastos adicionales o daños. Esta cantidad será liberada el día de salida si no se detectan incidencias.
- Upon confirmation of the reservation, a pre-authorization fee of 100€ per room will be charged to guarantee the reservation and cover possible additional expenses or damages. This amount will be released on the day of departure if no incidents are detected.

Estancia mínima/Minimum stay::
- En temporada alta, las reservas pueden estar sujetas a un mínimo de noches.
- In high season, reservations may be subject to a minimum number of nights.

Anulación de reservas/Cancellation of reservations:
- Se retendrá el 100% del importe total si la cancelación se realiza con menos de 15 días de antelación. La no presentación antes de las 20:00 del día de llegada sin previo aviso, resultará en la cancelación de la reserva.
- 100% of the total amount will be retained if the cancellation is made less than 15 days in advance. Failure to arrive before 20:00 on the day of arrival without prior notice will result in the cancellation of the booking
5.- Normas de Prohibición /Prohibition rules

Está terminantemente prohibido/It is strictly forbidden:
- Introducir animales.
- alojar más personas de las permitidas en la capacidad contratada.
- Realizar obras, reparaciones o introducir muebles en el alojamiento.
- Introducir sustancias peligrosas, inflamables o ilegales.

- To accommodate more people than the contracted capacity.
- Carry out works, repairs or introduce furniture into the accommodation.
- To introduce dangerous, inflammable or illegal substances.
6.- Objetos Perdidos/Lost property.
- El establecimiento no se hace responsable de los objetos perdidos u olvidados pasadas 48 horas del fin de la estancia. Si se solicitan, serán enviados bajo la responsabilidad y coste del cliente.
- The establishment is not responsible for lost or forgotten objects more than 48 hours after the end of the stay. If they are requested, they will be sent at the client’s responsibility and cost.
7.- Información de Pago/Payment Information..
- Para clientes de fuera de la Comunidad Económica Europea, se aceptaran pagos en efectivo en euros (€) o con tarjeta de crédito en la moneda local de su país de origen.
- Dears Customers, Customes residing outside the European Economic Comunity can make their payments in cash in euros (€) or by credit card in the local currency of their country of origin.
